United Women in Faith - Cary

Our ministry is dedicated to nurturing spiritual growth, building fellowship, and increasing awareness of needs both locally and globally. Through our programs and events, we seek to share God’s love within our church, our community, and our world while supporting meaningful missions.
There are many ways to get involved. We offer small groups including craft groups, a book discussion group, a prayer group that meets for breakfast, and a circle. We also welcome participation in our programs, missions, and special events throughout the year.
Our Leadership Team meets monthly on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m., and we are always happy to share more about our ministry and help you find a place to connect and serve. We invite all to join us as we grow in faith, fellowship, and service together.

PROGRAMS
Worship Service - January
Sharing during worship reminds us that faith, fellowship, and service go hand in hand. What begins in worship doesn’t stay in the pews—it sends us out into the world. Our women’s organization grows from our faith and our joyful response to God’s love as we gather in friendship, grow spiritually together, and care for the needs of our community while serving God and neighbor.
Social Action Focus -November
We share Social Action Focus programs to raise awareness about critical community needs—and to inspire compassionate action rooted in faith.
MINISTRIES & MISSIONS
College Care Ministry
We minister to undergraduate college students who are active or have been active in our congregation by spreading encouragement and a little joy throughout the school year— to remind them they’re loved, supported, and always part of our church family.
Jerri Savuto Girls Center (Kenya)
This ministry provides a safe haven for girls in rural Kenya who are escaping forced marriage, offering education, support, and the chance to thrive. We are blessed to sponsor a young girl named Michelle.
